中文摘要:
      运用ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件建立12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎三维有限元模型,并利用多维有限元技术分析该轮胎在静态加载状态下胎肩易破坏部位的力学特性。结果表明,采用多维有限元技术对该部位应力-应变场进行细观模拟分析是有效的。该技术为轮胎局部精细有限元分析提供了一种新方法。
英文摘要:
      A 3D FE model of 12.00R20 TBR tire was established with ABAQUS non-linear FEA software,and the mechanical properties of the main failure part in tire shoulder under static load was analyzed by multi-dimensional FE technique.The results showed that the multi-dimensional FE technique was effective to simulate the stress-strain field of the part in micro-scale,which provided a new method for fine FEA of tire.
