| The design and processing technology of large tubeless OTR tires were described with the emphasis on inner liner and bead to ensure the air tightness of tire.The following processes were taken：CIIR/NR（70/30） blend compoud and 3～5 mm thickness for inner liner；19# bead wire for bead wire ring，proper interference fit of bead to rim，more than 6 for the safety factor of bead. |
