      分别用动态粘弹谱和旋转功率损耗仪测定胶料的损耗因子(tanδ)和滚动功率损失,研究两者在表征胶料滚动阻力方面的相关性。结果表明,BR,SBR以及NR为主的并用胶料单位动态变形下的功率损失与动态粘弹谱中60 ℃的tanδ值具有良好的相关性。
英文摘要:
      The correlation between the loss factor (tanδ) and rolling power loss of rubber compound,which were measured by dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy and rotational power loss tester respectively,was investigated in characterizing the rolling resistance of rubber compound.The results showed that the power loss at specific dynamic deformation of rubber compound based on BR,SBR or their blends with NR,in which NR was taken as main polymer,was well correlative to tanδ at 60 ℃ measured by dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy.
