利用哈尔滨工业大学开发的轮胎专用三维非线性有限元分析软件,通过最大拉伸应变、最大拉伸应力以及轮胎接地压力分布等分析轿车子午线轮胎胎肩偏磨现象。分析发现,在靠近胎肩部位的连接弧内开一小花纹沟能够较好地解决肩部偏磨现象;纵向花纹沟的合理布置对抑制胎肩偏磨现象有较明显的作用。 |

The irregular wear on shoulder of PCR tire were analyzed with a 3D non-linear FEA software in terms of the maximum tensile strain,the maximum tensile stress and the pressure distribution in ground-contact area .The results showed that the irregular wear on shoulder improved significantly by opening a small groove in the joint arc near shoulder and arranging the longitudinal grooves reasonably. |
