      分析全钢载重子午线轮胎肩部帘线弯曲质量缺陷的产生原因,并提出相应的解决措施。成型参数、挤出半成品尺寸、胎坯外周长和定型压力不当以及生产过程中的压延、挤出、成型、硫化工序出现偏差均会造成肩部帘线弯曲质量缺陷。控制钢丝帘线假定伸张值为1.2%~1.8%,准确制定半成品尺寸和胎坯外周长,一次定型压力设置为0.02~0.04 MPa,严格控制压延张力、成型及硫化工艺等措施均可有效避免肩部帘线弯曲缺陷的产生。
英文摘要:
      The causes for the cord bending in the shoulder of BTR tire were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.It was found that the improper parameters in building,dimensions of extrudates,overall circumference of green tire and pressure in shaping as well as the deviations in calendering,extruding,building and curing processes might cause the cord bending in tire shoulder.The cord bending in tire shoulder could be effectively prevented by taking the measures,such as setting the assumed tension of steel cord in the range of 1.2%~1.8% and the pressure in the first shaping in the range of 0.02~0.04 MPa,accurately determing the dimensions of semi-product and the overall circumference of green tire,and strictly controlling the calendering tension and the building and curing processes.
