| 对11.00-20，10.00-20和9.00-20三个规格硫化胶囊重新设计，通过采用圆弧形肩部设计，改变径向伸张值、断面弧长伸张值、胶囊高度、子口内直径、胶囊厚度及表面排气线等方法，并加强工艺管理，使胶囊成品合格率由原来的90%提高到98%以上，使用寿命达到210～230次，比原胶囊使用寿命提高了1倍。新的排气线使硫化轮胎胎里更平整和光滑。 |

| The B type curing bladders in 11.00-20，10.00-20 and 9.00-20 sizes were redesigned.The acceptance rate of finished bladder increased from 90% to 98%，and its service life doubled by using round shoulder design and changing radial tension，cross-sectional arc tension，bladder height，inside diameter of bead，bladder gauge and air-bleeding lines.The new air-bleeding lines made the inside casing liner of finished tire smoother. |
