对SBR1721与SBR1712的性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,SBR1721与SBR1712相比,生胶和胶料的加工性能相近,硫化胶的硬度较高,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率较大,300%定伸应力和撕裂强度相当,抗湿滑性和操纵性较好,生热稍高,耐磨性较差。SBR1721是高速轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶理想的胶种。 |

A comparative study on the properties of S
BR1721 and SBR1712 was made.The results showed that when compared to SBR1712,SBR
1721 gave similar processibility of both raw rubber and compound;and its vulcani
zate presented higher hardhess,tensile strength and elongation at break,similar
modulus at 300% and tear strength,improved wet traction and steering ability,but
higher heat build-up and poorer wear resistance.In general,SBR1721 was an idea
l synthetic rubber for tread compound of speed-rated radial passenger car tire. |
