| The theoretical analysis and calculation of the die swell and shrinkage for extruded tread are carried out.A simplified formula of swell ratio：F（B）=C1F1（γ·，θ）+C2F2（t）+C3 is derived from the analytic formula.The shrinkage deformation is composed of two components，i.e.the inherent shrinkage component，which results from the elastic recovery and is calculated by the same formula as that of swell ratio，and the thermal shrinkage component，which is calculated by the formula：ΔL=L（θ0）β（θ0-θ1）. |
