对9.00-20 16PR和10.00-20 16PR载重斜交轮胎的结构设计、配方设计和工艺控制三个方面进行了改进。在结构设计方面包括减小行驶面宽度,外层及缓冲层裁断角度增大1°,增大帘布的反包高度,拉大各布层级差等;配方设计方面包括胎冠胶采用炭黑/白炭黑补强体系,Si69、硫黄及次磺酰胺类促进剂的用量比为1/1/1,胎肩胶中NR用量由80份增大为90份等;工艺控制方面改善裁断、压延工艺控制,调整硫化时间等。改进后轮胎的150%负荷耐久试验时间延长了1倍,速度性能提高。 |

The modifications of 9.00-20 16PR and 10.00-20 16PR truck tires were made in terms of structure design,formulation and process control.The particular measures were as follows:decrease the width of tread,increase the cutting angles of outer plies and breaker by 1°,raise the turn-up,and enlarge the off-widths among different plies for construction design;use black/silica reinforcing system and Si69/sulfur/sulferamide (1/1/1) curing system in tread compound and increase the NR proportion from 80 phr to 90 phr in shoulder compound for formulation;and improve the control of cutting and canlendering processes for process control.The endurance life of the modified tire at 150% load extended by 100%,and the speed performance also improved. |
