      采用有限元分析方法分析了硬三角胶尺寸对轮胎静态力学性能的影响。结果表明,适当加大硬三角胶尺寸可以减小胎圈区域的剪切应力,改善轮胎抗胎圈空、胎圈裂和肩空的能力,但同时其它部件所受应力也会发生改变,需采取提高三角胶硬胶部分与胎体帘布间的粘合性能等相应措施以消除不利影响。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the dimension of hard bead filler on the static mechanical properties of tire was investigated by FEA.The results showed that as the dimension of hard bead filler increased properly,the shear stress in bead area decreased to improve separations in bead and shoulder areas,but the stresses in other components would change and the countermeasures for improving the adhesion between hard bead filler and carcass ply should have been taken to eliminate the reverse effect of increasing the dimension of hard bead filler.
