      研究了大比表面积活性氧化锌在轮胎肩垫胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明,用5份大比表面积活性氧化锌替代8份普通氧化锌,胶料的门尼粘度略有下降,焦烧时间和t10稍有延长,t90缩短;硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、300%定伸应力和撕裂强度均有所提高,而扯断伸长率和固特里奇生热有所降低;采用试验配方生产的轮胎成品性能明显提高,且配方成本下降。
英文摘要:
      The application of the active zinc oxide with large specific surface to the shoulder pad was investigated. The results of test compound using 5 phr of active zinc oxide with large specific surface instead of 8 phr of conventional zinc oxide showed that the Mooney viscosity decreased a little,the scorch time and t10 increased a little,t90 reduced;the shore A hardness,tensile strength,300%modulus and tear strength of vulcanizate increased,and the elongation at break and Goodrich heat build-up decreased;the performance of finished tire using test compound improved significantly,and the formula cost decreased.
