      以9.00-20轮胎为例,根据在实际硫化过程中所测的轮胎各部位胶料的不等温温度-时间曲线,在实验室内用RPA22000型橡胶加工分析仪对轮胎相应部位胶料进行不等温硫化的特性分析,通过所测数据计算出所用胶料的过硫化程度,并提出相关部位胶料配方及生产工艺的改进意见。
英文摘要:
      Taking 9.00-20 tire as example,the characteristics of anisothermally cured compound at different parts of tire was analysed with RPA2000 rheometer in the laboratory based on the anisothermal temperature-time curve of compound at different parts of tire measured during vulcanization in production. The overcured state of the corresponding compound was calculated from the measured data,and the advices for modifying the formulation and processing technology of compound at corresponding parts were provided.
