从弹性力学理论的Rivlin应变能函数出发,引出对炭黑填充胶料弹性力学性能进行描述的Yeoh三次方程,以此为基础对单轴拉伸、单轴压缩、平面拉伸和等双轴拉伸的实验设计进行数学推导和讨论,并对非线性有限元分析的5种基本实验进行了描述。列举了轮胎胶料泊松比的测定和计算,并对复合材料性能进行数据计算。 |

The yeoh cubic formula for describing the elastic-mechanical properties of the black-filled compound was derived f rom the Rivlin strain energy function in the elastic-mechanical theory. On this basis the experimental designs for uniaxial stretch test ,uniaxial compression test ,
planar stretch test and equibiaxial stretch test were mathematically deduced and discussed ,and 5 basic tests for nonlinear FEA were described. The determination and calculation for the Poissonps ratio of tire compound were given and the data charaterizing the properties of composite were calculated. |
