| 总结了压延辊温选择的经验，即主要从胶料、骨架材料、压延方法及设备4个方面来考虑。胶料中SR 含量增大，辊温应适当降低;人造丝、尼龙和聚酯帘线要根据其特点确定压延辊温;压力贴胶时的辊温比贴胶时要高一些;辊筒特点和循环水温也对辊温控制有较大影响。另外，还进行了实际测试摸索，确定了最佳的压延辊温。 |

| The experiences in the adjustment of roll temperature for calendering tire cord are summarized in view of rubber compound ，reinforcement ，calendering method and equipment . It is believed that the roll temperature should be lower for the compound with large proportion of SR ;
the roll temperature should be adjusted for calendering rayon ， nylon and polyester according to their respective characteristics ;the roll temperature should be adjusted higher for coating than that for covering ;the roll temperature adjustment is influenced by the roll design and the circulating water temperature. |
