      提出用非线性有限元法分析子午线轮胎滚动阻力和温度场的方法。总的有限元程序由3个模块组成:变形模块,进行轮胎稳态结构分析以得到轮胎的变形和应力-应变循环;损耗模块,进行轮胎的能量损耗和热生成率分析;热模块,进行轮胎的温度场分析。3个模块联合运用和迭代计算可以进行轮胎热、力耦合分析,预报轮胎的滚动阻力、内部温度场、应力-应变、变形和接地面信息,从而为轮胎设计提供依据。
英文摘要:
      A non-linear FEA method of the rolling resistance and the temperature profile for radial tire has been proposed. The FEA program consist s of three modules ,i. e. the deformation module for analysing the steady st ructure of tire to obtain the deformation and the cyclic st ress2 st rain in tire ;the loss module for analysing the energy loss and the heat build2up in tire ;the thermal module for analysing the temperature profile in tire. The thermal and mechanical coupling analysis of tire can be made by using these three modules simutaneously and substitutional calculation to predict the information about rolling resistance ,temperature profile ,st ress2st rain ,deformation and ground contact of tire and provide the criterion for improving tire design
