      介绍大型钢丝缓冲层林业轮胎的结构设计及生产工艺。结构设计为:行驶面宽度与断面宽度之比为1.035或1.05,行驶面弧度高与断面高度之比为0.15;胎冠采用两段圆弧连接;缓冲层钢丝帘线规格为3+9+15×0.175。生产工艺为:钢丝缓冲层采用层贴法贴合,轮胎采用罐式胶囊硫化。轮胎使用中未出现缓冲层钢丝刺出和胎冠顶炸问题。
英文摘要:
      The structure design and processing technology of large forest tire with steel breaker are described.For the structure design,the following parameters and designs are taken:running surface width/cross-sectional width ratio 1.035 or 1.05,running surface arc height/cross-sectional height ratio 0.15;crown two arcs jointed to each other;and steel cord in breaker 3+9+15×0.175.For the processing technology,the following approaches are taken:steel breaker assembly lay-up approach;and tire cure autoclave with curing bladder.The problems,such as the prick-out of steel cord in breaker and the burst at the crown top haven’t occured in the above tire.
