| 研究4＋3×0.33ST钢丝帘线在无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线相比，4＋3×0.33ST钢丝帘线的线密度较小，直径、镀层质量和破断力相近，渗胶性能较好；以4＋3×0.33ST钢丝帘线替代3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线用于12R22.5 BM918无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度达到国家标准要求，耐久性能提高，滚动阻力降低，同时有利于降低生产成本。 |

| The application of 4＋3×0.33ST steel cord in the belt of tubeless truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that compared with 3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord，the linear density of 4＋3×0.33ST steel cord was smaller，the diameter，coating weight and breaking force were similar，and the adhesive permeability was better.Replacing 3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord with 4＋3×0.33ST steel cord in the belt of 12R22.5 BM918 tubeless truck and bus radial tire，the inflated peripheral dimension，and strength of the finished tire met the national standard requirements，the durability improved，the rolling resistance reduced，and it was beneficial to reduce production costs. |
