      介绍31×15.5R15 R4滑移转向车用全钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 784 mm,断面宽 380 mm,行驶面宽度 394 mm,行驶面弧度高 14.46 mm,胎圈着合直径 377.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 355.6 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1/H/2) 0.96,胎面采用低饱和度的有向花纹,花纹深度 24 mm,花纹周节数 18。施工设计:胎面选用抗切割性能优异的胶料,带束层采用2层设计,1#与2#带束层均采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、水压抗爆性能与耐久性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 31×15.5R15 R4 all-steel radial tire for slip-steering vehicle was introduced. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 784 mm,cross-section width 380 mm,width of running surface 394 mm,arc height of running surface 14.46 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 377.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 355.6 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H/2) 0.96.The tread adopted a low saturation directional pattern,pattern depth 24 mm,number of pattern pitches 18.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:excellent cut resistance compound for tread,using two layers of belts,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts,3×0.24/9×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,and using one-time building machine to build tires and the dual mold press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension,the water pressure resistance performance and durability of the tire all met the requirements of relative design and national standards.
