| 研究大豆油对冬季轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:在冬季轮胎胎面胶中以大豆油等量替代环烷油,胶料的门尼粘度减小,硫化速度加快,加工性能改善,物理性能和耐磨性能提高,滞后损失和低温损耗模量减小;可以提高轮胎的冰雪地制动性能,同时延长轮胎的行驶里程。 |

| The influence of soybean oil on the properties of tread compound of winter tires was studied. The results showed that by using soybean oil instead of equal parts of cyclic oil in the tread compound of winter tire,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was decreased,the curing rate was accelerated,and the processability,physical properties and wear resistance improved,the hysteresis loss and loss modulus at low-temperature decreased.The ice and snow ground braking performance of the tires could be enhanced,while the driving range extended. |
