| 对炭黑和白炭黑补强天然橡胶胶料进行循环拉伸测试,研究其Mullins效应和拉伸滞后性能。结果显示:在大应变下,部分填料聚集体在周期应变下发生不可逆的破坏,以及部分分子链从填料表面滑移甚至断裂;在小应变下,胶料的滞后损失主要取决于填料破坏与重组,而在大应变下,胶料的滞后损失取决于分子链段间内摩擦力;经拉伸循环后的胶料在应变为0~60%下的剪切动态力学性能测试结果再次验证了部分填料聚集体被破坏后不能恢复。 |

| Cyclic tension tests were conducted on natural rubber(NR) compounds reinforced with carbon black and silica to investigate their Mullins effect and tensile hysteresis.The results showed that under large strains,some filler aggregates underwent irreversible damage and partial molecular chains slipped or even fractured from the filler surfaces.Under small strains,the hysteresis loss of the compounds primarily depended on filler damage and reorganization,while under large strains,it was determined by internal friction between molecular segments.Shear dynamic mechanical analysis of the compounds after cyclic tension at strains of 0~60% further confirmed that some filler aggregates could not recover after being damaged. |
