      分析井下矿用全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎趾裂口的产生原因,并提出相应的解决措施。胎坯趾口部位胶料回流过大导致成品轮胎胎趾裂口产生,通过调整胎坯成型过程中锁块压力来降低胶料流动性,控制硫化过程中胶料回流,可以有效解决胎趾裂口问题。
英文摘要:
      The causes of bead toe cracks in all-steel off-the-road radial tires for underground mining were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.Excessive backflow of compound at the bead toe area of green tire could lead to the formation of bead toe crack in the finished tire.By adjusting the pressure of the lock block during the green tire molding process to reduce the flowability of the compound to control backflow during the vulcanization process,the problem of bead toe crack in the tire could be effectively solved.
