      针对生产过程中出现的胎里不平和动态平衡性和均匀性不良问题,研究锯齿形胎面在低断面非对称花纹半钢子午线轮胎上的应用效果。结果表明,采用锯齿形胎面,使设计沟槽位置与实际花纹沟位置相匹配,保证胎面口型体积与材料分布图中胎面体积一致,同时锯齿位置设计为梯形,使胎面过渡平顺,降低挤出难度,提高挤出口型的共用性,挤出工艺确保胎面尺寸符合设计要求,沟槽位置不偏歪,可以改善轮胎的外观和性能。
英文摘要:
      To address issues such as uneven tire inner surface,dynamic balance and uniformity defects during the production process,the application effect of serrated tread in low aspect ratio asymmetric patterns steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that adopting a serrated tread design ensured alignment between the designed groove positions and the actual tread groove positions,maintaining consistency between the tread die volume and the tread volume in the material distribution diagram.Additionally,the serration positions were designed in a trapezoidal shape to achieve smooth tread transitions,reduce extrusion difficulty,and enhance the reusability of extrusion dies.The extrusion process guaranteed that the tread dimensions met the design requirements,with groove positions remaining aligned,thereby improving the appearance and performance of the tire.
