      Taking 315/80R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire as an example,a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the tire was established to calculate the stress situation of the carcass ply under static inflation and load,and obtain the safety factor of the carcass ply in different axial regions.Simultaneously using the film mesh theory to calculate the theoretical safety factor of the tire carcass,comparing the differences between simulation and theoretical calculation results,and analyzing the reasons for the differences,providing data support for daily development and design of new products.
英文摘要:
      This paper takes TBR 315/80R22.5 tires as a case, through the establishment of a three-dimensional finite element simulation model, calculates the force of the tire carcass under the static and load conditions,obtains the safety factor of the carcass in different areas. At the same time, calculates the carcass safety factor by the film-grid theory, to compare the differences and advantages between the two schemes ,to analysis the reasons for the differences ,to provide data support for the daily design.
