      通过对全钢载重子午线轮胎进行有限元建模,仿真研究不同网格划分方式对其胎圈部位胎体骨架材料压缩指标(用来评价胎圈鼓包)的影响。结果表明,胎体厚度方向网格划分层数对胎体帘线压缩值影响最大,而胎体沿帘线方向网格尺寸及模型周向网格尺寸则影响较小,且不同网格划分方式对胎体骨架材料发生压缩的位置无影响,适当放宽模型周向网格尺寸,可在不影响仿真结果的前提下,大幅提升模型计算效率。
英文摘要:
      By establishing a finite element model of all-steel truck and bus radial tire,the effects of different meshing methods on the compression index of the carcass framework material at the bead area(an index used to evaluate the bead bulging)was simulated and studied.The results showed that the number of mesh layers in the thickness direction of the carcass had the greatest impact on the compression value of the carcass cord,while the mesh size along the cord direction of the carcass and the circumferential mesh size of the model had relatively minor effects.Additionally,different meshing methods had no influence on the location where compression of the carcass framework material occurred.Appropriately relaxing the circumferential mesh size of the model could significantly improve the computational efficiency of the model without affecting the simulation results.
