研究新型可持续硅烷偶联剂NXT Z45在绿色轮胎胎面胶中的应用,考察硅烷化反应时间对胶料性能的影响,并与偶联剂Si69进行对比。结果表明,在减量替代偶联剂Si69的情况下,硅烷偶联剂NXT Z45可以提高白炭黑在橡胶中的分散性,改善胶料的加工性能和储存稳定性,降低硫化胶的滚动阻力,提高抗湿滑性能,并保持相当的基本物理性能;此外,保证足够的硅烷化反应时间可以提高硫化胶的耐磨性能。 |

The application of the new sustainable silane coupling agent NXT Z45 in green tire tread compound was studied,the effect of silanization reaction times on the properties of the compound was investigated and the comparison with coupling agent Si69 was conducted.The results showed that,in the case of reducing the substitution of coupling agent Si69,silane coupling agent NXT Z45 could improve the dispersibility of silica in the rubber matrix,enhance the processing performance and storage stability of the compound,reduce the rolling resistance of the vulcanizate,improve the wet skid resistance and maintain equivalent basic physical properties.In addition,ensuring sufficient silanization reaction time could improve the wear resistance of vulcanizate. |
