      研究高抗撕抗切割改性剂EN-01(简称EN-01)在工程机械子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。结果表明:在胎肩垫胶中加入EN-01,胶料的焦烧时间缩短,t90延长,抗硫化返原性能提高;硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力减小,拉断伸长率增大,拉伸强度、压缩生热和动态力学性能变化不大,抗撕裂性能和耐老化性能提高;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of high tear and cutting resistant modifier EN-01(abbreviated as EN-01) in the shoulder pad compound of off-the-road radial tire was studied.The results showed that by adding EN-01 in the shoulder pad compound,the scorching time of the compund was shortened,t90 was prolonged,and the anti-reversion property was improved.The hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate was decreased,the elongation at break was increased,the tensile strength,compression heat build-up and dynamic mechanical properties changed little,while the tear resistance and aging resistance was improved,the durability of the finished tire improved.
