| 研究提高胎坯立体仓库出入库效率的方案。自动化胎坯立体仓库涉及的主要设备包括有轨制导车辆、自动引导小车、电气单轨系统、堆垛机和输送系统等，出入库效率直接限制了产能的提升；自动化胎坯立体仓库的库容量、堆垛机的运行速度、出入库程序等均对出入库效率的提升起至关重要的作用；在不要求胎坯绝对的先入先出情况下，胎坯直接流入下道工序生产，当下道工序暂存工位满时，堆垛机将胎坯入库暂存，等待取用，这种出入库程序对运行效率的提高优势明显。 |

| The schemes for improving the out-put and in-put of warehouse efficiency of the three-dimensional warehouse for green tire were researched.The main equipments of the automated three-dimensional warehouse for green tire included rail guided vehicles，automatic guided trolleys，electrical monorail systems，stackers，and conveying systems，etc，and the out-put and in-put of warehouse efficiency directly limited the improvement of production capacity.The storage capacity of the three-dimensional warehouse for green tire，the operating speed of the stacker，and the out-put and in-put of warehouse program all played a crucial role in improving the efficiency.Without asking for absolute first in and first out of green tires，the green tires directly flowed into the next process for production，when the temporary storage station of the next process was full，the stacker would temporarily store the green tires in storage and wait for retrieval，and this kind of out-put and in-put of warehouse program had significant advantages in improving operational efficiency. |
