研究钢丝帘布四辊压延生产线的智能控制。应用数字智能化装置代替人工对钢丝帘布压延的上下胶片厚度进行自动调节,解决了生产过程中由于原材料性能波动、生产线速度调整、供胶稳定性差异等造成的钢丝帘布厚度变化问题,在保证压延帘布空气含量稳定的同时,帘布厚度极差值明显减小,帘布厚度过程能力指数有较大提高,帘布的整体质量得到很大的提升。 |

The intelligent control of four roll calendering production line for steel cord was researched.Through the application of digital intelligent device,the upper and lower rubber sheet thickness of steel cord calendering was automatically adjusted instead of manual,so as to solve the problem of calendering steel cord thickness change caused by raw material property fluctuation,production line speed adjustment and rubber feeding stability difference in the production process.While the stability of air content of calendered cord was ensured,the extreme difference of cord thickness was significantly reduced,the process capability index of cord thickness had been greatly improved,and the overall quality of the cord had been greatly improved. |
