| The structure characteristics of XJY-S330Z/XJY-S450Z conical twin-screw extrusion tablet press and XK-660 open mill were analyzed and their stock guides were improved.Compared with before the improvement，the equipment fault rate was significantly reduced after the improvement，and the difficulty of cleaning the compound was reduced，achieving smooth rubber edge and less broken rubber.After improving the assembly accuracy of the stock guide，the film width met the production capacity and quality requirements of the equipment design.It was of great significance for increasing production，energy conservation and emission reduction，cleaner production and improving the environment. |
