介绍起重机用385/95R25无内胎全钢子午线轮胎的轻量化设计。轻量化设计如下:1#—3#带束层由使用3+9+15×0.225钢丝帘线调整为使用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,2#—4#带束层宽度减小,钢丝圈钢丝排列形式由9-13-9调整后为7-12-8,减小防水线位置处的耐磨胶厚度和三角胶整体厚度。与正常轮胎相比,轻量化轮胎在负荷状态下各部位的应变能密度均有所降低,在行驶过程中整体生热降低,总质量减小10.67 kg,强度性能满足客户要求,耐久性能提高15.7%,高速性能提高106.4%,有利于延长轮胎的使用寿命。 |

The lightweight design on 385/95R25 tubeless all steel radial tire for crane was introduced.The lightweight design was as follows:1#—3# belt layers had been adjusted from using 3+9+15×0.22 steel cord to using 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cords,the width of 2#—4# belt layers was reduced,the arrangement of wire-steel of bead wire was adjusted from 9-13-9 to 7-12-8,and the thickness of wear-resistant compound at the waterproof line position and the overall thickness of apex decreased.Compared with the normal tire,the strain energy density of each part of the lightweight tire was reduced under load,the overall heat generation was reduced during driving,the total weight had been reduced by 10.67 kg,the strength performance met the requirements of customers,the durability had been improved by 15.7%,and the high-speed performance had been improved by 106.4%,which was beneficial for to extending the service life of the tire. |
