| The drawbacks of traditional scheduling methods in the tire manufacturing industry were analyzed,and the application effectiveness of the Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS) system in a tire manufacturing enterprise was introduced.APS systems had achieved the advantages of optimizing production resource allocation and dynamic adjustment by integrating artificial intelligence,industrial big data and operational optimization algorithms.The APS system could optimize production plans,improve scheduling efficiency and bottleneck process capacity,predict order delivery dates,effectively respond to the production needs of small batches and multiple varieties,reduce inventory and costs,and provide strong support for tire manufacturing enterprises to achieve digital transformation and enhance market competitiveness. |
