      研究矿用全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的漏气问题。通过矿用轮胎市场调研、主机厂轮辋选型交流并结合轮胎有限元仿真结果,得出影响轮胎漏气的因素主要有轮胎气密层性能、胎圈最大压紧力和压力分布、胎圈轮廓、轮辋与轮胎装配、密封圈、车辆运输及使用过程中轮胎充气压力等。在产品设计之初通过有限元仿真避免可能出现的漏气问题,可以提高轮胎设计效率。
英文摘要:
      The air leakage issues of all-steel off-the-road radial tires for mining were studied.Through market research on mining tires,discussions on rim selection with manufacturers and finite element simulation results,the main factors affecting tire air leakage were found,which included the performance of the tire inner liner,the maximum clamping force and pressure distribution of the bead,the bead profile,rim and tire assembly,sealing rings,as well as the inflation pressure of tire during transportation and use.That avoiding potential air leakage issues early in the product design phase by finite element simulation could enhance the design efficiency of tires.
