| A set of capsule pressure detection program was designed to address the problem of defective products caused by unstable vacuuming during tire vulcanization，such as capsule inversion，wrinkling and air leakage.The program included data acquisition module，data processing module，control module，display module，and alarm module，which could monitor and control the negative pressure value inside the capsule in real time during the vacuuming process，effectively reducing the defective products and improving tire quality and productivity. |
