| 分析全钢载重子午线轮胎0°带束层钢丝帘线弯曲的产生原因,并提出相应的改进措施。结果表明,在胎面面积和质量不变的前提下,通过减小胎肩厚度,降低胎肩部位胎坯外周长,将成型带束鼓周长和成型鼓平面宽分别减小10和6 mm,可有效解决0°带束层钢丝帘线弯曲问题,且0°带束层的工艺通过性和成品轮胎性能均无异常。 |

| The causes for bending of 0° belt steel cord of all-steel truck and bus ratial tires were analyzed and improvement measures were proposed.The results showed that under the premise of unchanged tread area and mass,by reducing the shoulder thickness and decreasing the outer circumference of the green tire in the shoulder area,reducing the formed carcass drum circumference and formed drum plane width by 10 and 6 mm respectively,the bending of 0° belt steel cord could be solved effectively.Additionally,the processability of the 0° belt and the performance of the finished tires remained normal. |
