| 研究4×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线在高性能乘用车轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与3×0.30HT OC钢丝帘线相比，4×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小，渗胶性能及与胶料的粘合性能提高；以4×0.225UT OC钢丝帘线替代3×0.30HT OC钢丝帘线用于225/50ZR17XL 98W高性能乘用车轮胎带束层中，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求，滚动阻力和生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 4×0.225UT OC steel cord in the belt of high-performance passenger car tire was investigated.The results showed that compared with 3×0.30HT OC steel cord，the diameter and linear density of 4×0.225UT OC steel cord decreased，the adhesive permeability and adhesion performance with the compound improved.Replacing 3×0.30HT OC steel cord with 4×0.225UT OC steel cord in the belt of 225/50ZR17XL 98W high-performance passenger car tire，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire met the national standard requirements，and the rolling resistance and production costs reduced. |
