      针对12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎在重载工况下的轮胎肩空问题,分析带束层夹胶对轮胎肩部应力及温度变化的影响。结果表明:相对隔离胶片,带束层夹胶对带束层的工作层端点起到更好的隔离保护作用;带束层夹胶厚度设置为2.5 mm,且定位采用夹胶平台外端与2#带束层端点对齐时,效果最优。本研究证明采用带束层夹胶可以有效降低轮胎肩部的应力及温度,从而改善轮胎肩空问题。
英文摘要:
      Aming at the shoulder cracking problem of 12R22.5 all-steel radial truck and bus tire under heavy load conditions,the effect of belt interlayer on the shoulder stress and temperature changes was analyzed.The results indicated that compared to the isolation rubber sheet,the belt interlayer had a better isolation and protection effect on the working layer endpoints of the belt.The optimal effect was achieved when the thickness of the belt interlayer was set to 2.5 mm and the positioning was aligned with the outer end of the interlayer platform and the endpoint of the 2# belt.This study demonstrated that the use of belt interlayer could effectively reduce the stress and temperature of the shoulder,thereby improving the problem of the shoulder clearance of tire.
