| 轮胎是需要充气使用的,充气后的轮胎形状至关重要,它一定程度上决定了轮胎的使用性能。各种轮胎设计理论都是研究轮胎充气内轮廓,各有各的优点,轮胎充气后的外轮廓形状,是由充气内轮廓和各部位厚度决定的,相同模具外轮廓情况下,不同的施工条件(各部位厚度差异)会带来不同的充气外轮廓。研究全钢子午线轮胎的充气性能。轮胎充气后的外轮廓形状是由充气内轮廓和各部位厚度决定的,相同模具外轮廓情况下,不同的施工条件(各部位厚度差异)会带来不同的充气外轮廓。研究结果表明:轮胎带束层钢丝帘线强度越高、密度越大,充气外直径越小;胎体钢丝帘线强度越高、密度越大,充气断面宽越小;成型平宽越小,钢丝帘线弯曲越小,充气断面宽越小。胎体曲线的胎肩弧半径与轮胎充气后胎肩弧一致或稍大较好。 |

| The inflation performance of all-steel radial tire was studied.The shape of the inflated outer contour of the tire was determined by the inflated inner contour and the thickness of each part.Under the same mold outer contour,different construction conditions(differences in thickness of each part) could result in different inflated outer contours.The research results indicated that the higher the strength and density of the belt steel cord were,the smaller the inflated outer diameter was.The higher the strength and density of the carcass steel cord were,the smaller the width of the inflated section was.The smaller the buillding flat width was,the smaller the bending of the steel cord was,and the smaller the inflated section width was.It could be better for the shoulder arc radius of the carcass curve to be consistent or slightly larger than that of the shoulder arc after tire inflation. |
