      介绍215/55R17 98W新能源汽车轮胎的设计。外直径 665 mm,断面宽度 231 mm,行驶面宽度 176 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.15 mm,胎圈着合直径 435.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 191 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.01,花纹采用变节距设计,花纹深度 7 mm,花纹饱和度 68%,花纹周节数 86。施工设计:胎面采用低滚动阻力白炭黑胶料,胎体采用2层1440 dtex/2聚酯帘线,带束层采用3×0.30 HT钢丝帘线,冠带层采用1400 dtex/2锦纶66帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、高速性能和耐久性能达到设计和企业标准要求,噪声、滚动阻力以及磨损前后的抗湿滑性能均达到欧盟ECE R117法规要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 215/55R17 98 W new energy vehicle tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 665 mm,cross sectional width 231 mm,width of running surface 176 mm,arc height of running surface 8.15 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 435.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 191 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 1.01,using changable pattern pitches in design,pattern depth 7 mm,block/total ratio 68%,number of pattern pitches 86.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using low rolling resistance silica compound for tread,using 2 layers of 1400dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass and 2 layers of 3×0.30 HT steel cord for belt,using 1400 dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for crown layer,using a one-stage building machine to build tires and hydraulic press to cure tires.The results of the finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimensions,strength,bead unset resistance,high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the design and enterprise standard requirements.The noise,rolling resistance and wet-skid resistance before and after wear all met the requirements of the EU ECE R117 regulation.
