| 分析全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈裂口的原因并提出改进措施。结果表明,胶料流动不良及隔离剂使用不当是导致胎圈裂口的主要原因。通过对耐磨胶分布的施工工艺进行优化,并在密炼工序、半成品工序、成型工序和硫化工序中采取改进措施后,胎圈裂口发生率显著减小。 |

| The causes of bead cracks of all-steel off-the-road radial tires were analyzed and the improvement measures were proposed. The results showed that poor compound flow and improper use of release agents were the primary reasons for bead cracks.By optimizing the construction process of wear-resistant compound distribution and implementing improvement measures in the internal mixing process,semi-finished product process,building process and curing process.The occurrence rate of bead cracks had been significantly reduced. |
