      研究低滚动阻力、高耐磨公交车轮胎胎面胶配方。结果表明:通过减小炭黑用量、增大硫化剂和促进剂用量,胶料的硫化速率和交联密度增大,生热和滚动阻力降低,加工性能有所下降;硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力增大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度减小,耐侧向滑移摩擦性能略差,耐滚动磨擦性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The tread compound formulas of bus tires with low rolling resistance and high wear resistant were studied.The results showed that by reducing the amount of carbon black and increasing the amount of vulcanizing agent and accelerator,the curing rate and crosslinking density of the compound increased,while heat build-up and rolling resistance decreased and the processability slightly deteriorated.The hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate increased,while tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength decreased.The lateral slip resistance was slightly poorer,but the rolling friction resistance was better.
