介绍智能感知轮胎的产生背景、功能算法的开发流程和综合应用以及微型发电技术等概况。轮胎作为车辆唯一与路面接触的部件,未来将成为车辆的智能感知部件。利用传感器感知和功能算法,轮胎的状态信息可以通过蓝牙实时获取,包括载荷、磨损、损伤、刚度、路面状况和力学状态,结合整车控制系统对轮胎状态进行调整,可以获得更好的驾驶体验,并提高行车安全性。此外利用微型发电技术,采用悬浮磁体振动获得轮胎运行时的振动能量,可为传感器供电,确保传感器与车辆系统高频通讯。 |

The overview of background of intelligent perception of tires,the development process and comprehensive application of functional algorithms,and the micro power generation technology are introduced. Tires,as the only component of vehicles that come into contact with the road surface,will become intelligent perception components of vehicles in the future.By utilizing sensor perception and functional algorithms,the status information of tires can be obtained in real-time through Bluetooth,including load,wear, damage,stiffness,road conditions and mechanical status.Combined with the vehicle control system to adjust the tire status,a better driving experience can be obtained and driving safety can be improved.In addition,micro power generation technology is utilized to obtain vibration energy during tire operation through suspended magnet vibration,which can supply power to sensors and ensure high-frequency communication between sensors and vehicle systems. |
