| 介绍460/85R38农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 745 mm，断面宽 436 mm，行驶面宽度 428 mm，行驶面弧度高 34 mm，胎圈着合直径 965 mm，胎圈着合宽度 406 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.75，花纹深度 50 mm，花纹饱和度 28.8%，花纹周节数 21。施工设计：胎面采用缠绕方式成型，胎体采用3层1400dext/3V1锦纶帘布，带束层采用5层2200dext/2聚酯帘布，采用半鼓式成型机成型、单模胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和水压爆破性能均符合相应标准及设计要求。 |

| The design of 460/85R38 agriculture radial tire was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 745 mm，cross-sectional width 436 mm，width of running surface 428 mm，arc height of running surface 34 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 965 mm，bead width at rim seat 406 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.75，pattern depth 50 mm，block/total ratio 28.8% and number of pattern pitches 21.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：the tread adopted winding method to build，using 3 layers of 1400dext/3V1 nylon cord fabric for carcass，using 5 layers of 2200dext/2 polyester cord fabric for belts，and using semi-drum building machine to build tires and single-mold capsule press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension，physical property and hydraulic burst performance of the tire all met the requirements of relative standards and design. |
