| 研究仿生橡胶在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:对于炭黑/白炭黑填充的胎面胶,与采用天然橡胶(NR)的胶料相比,采用仿生橡胶的胶料老化前后的物理性能和耐磨性能均有下降,抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力相当;在炭黑填充的胎面胶中,与采用NR的胶料相比,采用仿生橡胶的胶料老化前后的物理性能略有下降,耐磨性能相当,滚动阻力大幅降低。仿生橡胶为低生热配方的开发提供了一种新的胶种。 |

| The application of bionic rubber in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was researched.The results showed that for the tread compounds filled with carbon black/sillica,compared with the compound using natural rubber(NR),the physical properties and wear resistance of the compound using bionic rubber decreased before and after aging,the wet-skid resistance increased,and the rolling resistance was comparable.For the tread compounds filled with carbon black,compared with the compound using NR,the physical properties of the compound using bionic rubber slightly decreased before and after aging,the wear resistance was comparable,and the rolling resistance was significantly reduced.Bionic rubber provided a new type of rubber for the development of low heat build-up formulations. |
