      采用有限元方法建立不同充气压力下的轮胎加载仿真模型,研究充气压力对矿用工程机械子午线轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:较高的充气压力可充分提高骨架材料张力,降低橡胶材料的整体变形,但会加剧带束层端部的剪切应变,引起应变能密度增大;较低的充气压力会增大充气断面宽,降低轮胎整体刚度和胎圈耐久性能,增加轮胎的整体生热量,但带束层端部的剪切应变集中得到缓解。矿用工程机械子午线轮胎需要根据现场工况合理控制和维护充气压力。
英文摘要:
      The finite element method was adopted to establish tire loading simulation models under different inflation pressures,and the influence of inflation pressure on the performance of off-the-road radial tires for mining was investigated.The results showed that much higher inflation pressure could sufficiently increase the tension of carcass materials and reduce the overall deformation of rubber materials,but it could intensify the shear strain at the belt end and lead to an increase in strain energy density.Much lower inflation pressure could increase the inflated cross-sectional width,reduce the tire overall stiffness and the bead durability,and raise the tire overall heat build up,while the shear strain concentration at the belt end was alleviated.Reasonable control and maintenance of inflation pressure according to on-site working conditions were required for off-the-road radial tires for mining.
