| 研究单层胎体高强度聚酯帘布高反包结构在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,将单层胎体高强度帘布反包伸入到胎肩部位钢丝带束层下面,保证胎侧部位有2层帘布,并在轮胎的下半部分增加补强层设计,轮胎的生产工艺过程稳定,成品轮胎性能满足国家标准要求,滚动阻力降低,轮胎质量和成本减小,生产效率提高,通过了配套项目的整车性能验收,达到延长电动汽车续航能力的目的。 |

| The application of high turn-up structure of single-layer high-strength polyester carcass cord in passenger car radial tire was investigated.The results showed that by turning-up the single-layer high-strength carcass cord to extend below the steel belt in the shoulder area,ensuring sidewall with two-layer cord,and adding a reinforcement layer in the lower half of the tire,the production process remained stable.The performance of the finished tire met the national standard requirements,with reduced rolling resistance,mass,and cost,while improving production efficiency.The tire passed the vehicle performance acceptance of the matching product,achieving the goal of extending electric vehicle range. |
