| 采用有限元方法,针对轮胎花纹块边缘接地压力较大的问题,研究了花纹块弧度高对花纹块边缘接地压力和整体接地压力的影响,分析了轮胎花纹块接地压力并建立其优化设计方法。结果表明:随着弧度高的增大,花纹块边缘接地压力减小,但是边缘接地压力过小会导致花纹块中间区域的接地压力增大;花纹块的横向最大接地压力和整体接地压力的偏度值呈现先减小后增大的趋势;通过对轮胎主要花纹块的分析,可以确定轮胎花纹块弧度高的调整区间。试验结果验证了本工作方法的有效性。 |

| Using finite element method,the influence of the arc height of the pattern block on the edge grounding pressure and overall grounding pressure of tire pattern block was studied regarding the issue of high grounding pressure at the edge.An analysis and optimization design method for the tire pattern block grounding pressure was established.The results indicated that as the arc height of the pattern block increased,the edge grounding pressure of the pattern block decreased.However,if the edge grounding pressure was too small,it would lead to an increase in the grounding pressure in the middle area of the pattern block.The deviation values of the maximum lateral grounding pressure and the overall grounding pressure of the patterned blocks showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.By analyzing the main pattern block of the tire,the adjustment range for the overall arc height of the tire pattern blocks could be determined.The experimental results had verified the effectiveness of the working method. |
