介绍435/50R19.5超低扁平宽基子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 935 mm,断面宽 440 mm,行驶面宽度 380 mm,行驶面弧度高 14 mm,胎圈着合直径 493.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 369 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.949,花纹深度 14 mm,花纹饱和度为 79.6%,花纹周节数 55。施工设计:胎面采用三复合(胎面胶、基部胶、过渡胶)挤出方式,胎体采用3+9+15×0.20ST钢丝帘线,采用4层带束层,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能和滚动阻力均符合国家或企业标准及设计要求。 |

The design of 435/50R19.5 ultra low flat wide base radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 935 mm,cross-sectional width 440 mm,width of running surface 380 mm,arc height of running surface 14 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 493.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 369 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.949,pattern depth 14 mm,block/total ratio 79.6% and number of pattern pitches 55.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:the tread adopted three extrusion(tread compound,base compound,transition compound) method,using 3+9+15×0.20ST steel cord for carcass,4 layers of belts,using 3+8×0.33HT steel cord for the 2# and 3# belts,using the three-drum one-stage building machine to build tires,and the dual-mode shaping press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension,strength,durability,high-speed performance and rolling resistance of tire all met the requirements of national or enterprise standards and design. |
