| 研究硫化机中心机构喷嘴结构对轮胎硫化过程中上下模部位带束层端点最高温度、上下模带束层硫化程度差及成品轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:将压盖喷嘴角度调整为14°,18°和28°,喷嘴孔直径调整为5~10 mm,可以使带束层端点最高温度由178.4 ℃降至172.2 ℃,上下模带束层温度差由12.9 ℃降至3.6 ℃,上下模带束层硫化程度差由117.8%降至44.1%;同时轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能提升,轮胎胎冠脱层退赔率减小79.9%。 |

| The influence of the nozzle structure of the central institution of the vulcanizing press on the maximum temperature of the belt end points at the upper and lower mold,the degree of vulcanization difference between the belt in the upper and lower molds and the performance of the finished tire was studied.The results showed that by adjusting the nozzle angles of the central mechanism of the vulcanizing press to 14°,18° and 28°,and the hole diameter to 5~10 mm,the maximum temperature of the belt end point could be reduced from 178.4 ℃ to 172.2 ℃,the temperature difference between the belt in the upper and lower molds could be reduced from 12.9 ℃ to 3.6 ℃,and the vulcanization degree difference between the belt in the upper and lower molds could be reduced from 117.8% to 44.1%.At the same time,the durability and high-speed performance of the tire had been improved,resulting in a 79.9% reduction in tire crown delamination rate. |
