开发轻型载重汽车用高抗湿滑性能、低滚动阻力全天候轮胎胎面胶配方。结果表明:与采用高苯乙烯含量、低乙烯基含量、低玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的非改性充油丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的生胶体系胎面胶配方的轮胎相比,采用低苯乙烯含量、高乙烯基含量、高Tg的改性SSBR的生胶体系胎面胶配方的轮胎的抗湿滑性能较好,耐磨性能略差,生产成本较低;试验轮胎的湿滑等级为A,滚动阻力等级为B,噪声等级为B,获得3PMSF认证的三峰雪花标识,高速性能和耐久性能满足企业标准要求,实车耐磨性能较好。 |

The tread compound formula of all-weather tire with high wet-skid resistance and low rolling resistance for light truck was developed.The results showed that,compared with the tire using the raw rubber system tread compound formula of non modified oil filled styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR) with high styryl content,low vinyl content and low glass transition temperature(Tg),the wet skid resistance of the tire using the raw rubber system tread compound formula of modified SSBR with low styryl content,high vinyl content and high Tg was better,the wear resistance was slightly poorer,and the production cost was lower.The wet-skid level of the test tire was A,the rolling resistance level was B,the noise level was B,the three-peak mountain snow flake mark certified by 3PMSF was obtained,the high-speed performance and durability met the requirements of enterprise standards,the wear resistance of actual vehicle test were better. |
