介绍255/45R19 104W E-Controller新能源电动汽车专用轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 708 mm,断面宽度 258 mm,行驶面宽度 220 mm,行驶面弧度高 10 mm,胎圈着合直径 485 mm,胎圈着合宽度 235 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1/H2 ) 1.033,胎面采用变宽度的纵向排水沟槽及在内外侧进行不同排列方式的静音变节距设计,花纹深度 7.4 mm,花纹饱和度 70.11%,花纹周节数 76(左侧)/75(右侧)。施工设计:胎面采用新能源电动汽车轮胎专用胶料配方及导静电预口型技术,1# 和2# 带束层使用2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘线,2层胎体均使用1200dtex/2-100聚酯帘线,钢丝圈使用直径为1.295 mm的胎圈钢丝,采用一次法成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能、静音性能和导电性能均满足设计要求。 |

The design of 255/45R19 104W E-Controller special tire for new energy electric vehicle was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 708 mm,cross-sectional width?258 mm,width of running surface 220 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?485 mm,bead width at rim seat?235 mm,maximum width position of cross–section( H1/H2 )?1.033,using longitudinal drainage grooves with variable width and silent variable pitch design with different arrangements on the inner and outer sides for tread,pattern depth?7.4 mm,block/total ratio?70.11%,and number of pattern pitches?76(left side)/75(right side).In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopting a specific compound formula for new energy electric vehicle tire and electrostatic pre-mouth technology for tread,using 2+2×0.30HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,and 2-layer 1200dtex/2-100 polyester cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire and a hydraulic vulcanizing press to curing tire.The results of finished tire performance test showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength performance,durability,high speed performance,noise reduction performance and conductivity performance of the tire all met the design requirements. |
